Perfect for multi families!
We stayed at Boulder Perch for a couples leaf peeping weekend and it was perfect! The place is so clean and comfortable, with private spaces for all and good gathering spots too. It's nice to have new baths, beds, etc. We cooked in the gorgeous kitchen and everything needed was there. It was especially cool to get to take advantage of the neighborhood clubhouse, gym, and bar. We're planning our trip next year already!

Great for Familes!
We rented this winter and had a wonderful time! The house was great for our two families. The kids LOVED sharing the bunk room, and having a separate place for them to chill, while the adults relaxed and cooked on the main floor, was perfect! They also were thrilled to take advantage of the indoor pool after playing for hours outside. Julie was attentive and always available if we had a question. The home was clean and organized. We will be back!

Beautiful Fall Spot!
This is a beautiful and well-appointed home base for all of your outdoor adventuring!! House was clean and beds were comfy. Plenty of space to spread out. Had a wonderful time leaf-peeping, hiking, and exploring the area!! The host was very responsive and shared so many recommendations of things to do within a short drive. Would definitely stay again!

Coziest ski house with all the amenities!
We rented Boulder Perch for a girls ski weekend (Moms 40+) and it was absolutely perfect! The house is so comfortable (beds and linens are A+!) , super clean, and is stocked with everything you would need for your stay. There was ample space for two families or a group and is a quick drive to many ski resorts. I will absolutely rent again and can't wait to go back!

Perfect House for Girls Ski Trip!!
This home is stunning! Brand new, clean, bright, all the amenities! Kitchen is gorgeous! Close to Waterville and Loon. We had the best time and will definitely be back. Thank you!
